1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing SpecPilot and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Service description
SpecPilot is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate professional specifications and optimized AI prompts from project descriptions. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the generated results will be error-free or suitable for a specific use.
3. User accounts
To use SpecPilot, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and payments
SpecPilot offers three plans: Free, Pro and Business. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use SpecPilot legally and ethically. It is prohibited to: - Use the service to generate illegal or harmful content - Attempt to circumvent the generation limits of your plan - Share your account with third parties - Intentionally overload our servers - Copy or resell the service
6. Intellectual property
Specifications and prompts generated by SpecPilot belong to you. You are free to use, modify and distribute them as you see fit. The SpecPilot platform, its source code, design and brand remain the exclusive property of SpecPilot.
7. Limitation of liability
SpecPilot shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content. Specifications and prompts are decision-support tools and do not replace human expertise. You remain responsible for validating and using generated content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms of service, misuse of the service, or non-payment. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
9. Modifications to terms
We may modify these terms of service at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page. We will notify you by email of any substantial change. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
